|TRX||Our 30 minute, TRX Lab, provides a best-in-class workout that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform all different exercises! ANYONE can do this workout, you're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance!!

Exciting and inspiring, our SoulCircuit trainers will take the time to show you ANY modification for ANY movement, we address form, function and safety! We want you to leave EVERY SOUL CIRCUIT CLASS and LAB, EMPOWERED, NOT INJURED! At the beginning and end of each class we will warm up and cool down with injury-prevention stretching.
